Booking Forms
This site has a booking form using jotmail.com – form submissions are sent by email to Mike Griffiths, the site administrator and are then stored in a Google Sheets spreadsheet

This site does not use or create cookies. The embedded Jotform.com & smoobu.com contact forms that are only used for online bookings sites MAY use cookies

We don’t share your data UNLESS you book overnight accommodation using the embedded form on this site. The information you give us is needed by Lymington Yacht Haven’s office team so as to allow you access to their marina. The same information is sent to our caretaker so that your bed and guest number requirements can be planned for.

This data is retained for 12 months only.
The Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

If you have used this site, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
